The recent denial of a visa to Health and Child Care Minister Douglas Mombeshora has sparked strong reactions from the Zimbabwean government.

The denial of the visa has shown the bullying behaviour exhibited by the United States.

The US government hasn’t explicitly stated the reason, but Zimbabwe believes it’s linked to Mombeshora’s role in coordinating the Cuban Medical Brigade Programme.

So the reasons for denial were motivated by vindictive tactics and the lack of accountability by the USA.

Zimbabwe’s government condemns the denial as “an outrageous act of political hostility and diplomatic bullying”.

Zimbabwe reaffirmed its commitment to the principle “friend to all, enemy to none”, emphasizing its independence in foreign policy decisions.

Analysts suggest the US move reflects double standards, given its support for regimes with questionable human rights records.

Zimbabwe is being punished for its Solidarity with Cuba.

Zimbabwe reiterated its unwavering solidarity with Cuba and called for the lifting of all illegal sanctions imposed on the nation.

Zimbabwe speaks in the position of experience as it has and still is groaning under the cruel yoke of ZIDERA.

This incident may strain diplomatic relations between Zimbabwe and the US, with potential implications for cooperation in areas like healthcare and trade.
