By Staff WriterZimbabwe’s renowned comedian and artist Boss Matsanga arrived in Iran yesterday as part of the initiative by the two countries to strengthen cultural ties.Born Enerst Mavaza, Boss Matsanga and his colleagues Kudakwashe Rasman and Tanatswa (known by her acting name as Kimnana) have visited Iran to support the bond between the two countries that have developed over the years. “We are here to visit places of interest as well as scholarship hubs where students from all over the world as well as those from Zimbabwe can consider pursuing their studies.Our goal here as content creators is to learn and get an understanding of Iranian culture so that we can promote and share it with the rest of the world.” Zimbabwe and Iran have signed several agreements that are characterised by economic and mutual support and shared values.Boss Matsanga and his colleagues will commence the tour today and this visit is likely to promote collaborations with other artists from Iran and strengthen cultural ties.
