This is a time to celebrate and think about the good work of Isaac Moyo, who was Director General, and to warmly welcome Dr. Fulton Mangwanya to the helm of this important organization.

Isaac Moyo was the Director General of the Central Intelligence Organization (CIO) and did an amazing job.
