By Staff WriterThe Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces (FAR) has listed the artefacts to be handed over to the Zimbabwe Museum of African Liberation during a meeting in Havana yesterday.The listed artefacts comprised of armoured vehicles used in the historic Battle of Cuito Cuanavale; a pistol that belonged to the iconic Leader of the Cuban Revolution, Commandante Fidel Castro; and other artefacts and paraphernalia related to Cuba’s immense contributions to African liberation. Welcoming the donation Ambassador Muzawazi thanked the Government of the Republic of Cuba and the FAR for their support for the Museum.“We would like to thank you for the gesture, and to assure you and guarantee the security and safety of these artefacts. We will make sure that these will be forever taken care of sacredly,” he said.
