By Ilyana Sithole The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tafadzwa Nkonde (33), a suspect linked to a horrific murder case that occurred in Muvhami Village, Makonde on August 31, 2024.According to police reports, Nkonde allegedly raped a 37-year-old woman before forcing her to consume a tobacco pesticide found in her handbag. The victim tragically succumbed to her injuries on September 2, 2024, while receiving treatment at Chinhoyi Provincial Hospital.The ZRP is appealing to anyone with information regarding Nkonde’s whereabouts to come forward and report to the nearest police station. The suspect is considered dangerous, and the public is urged to exercise caution if they encounter him.Authorities have not released further details about the incident or the suspect at this time. The investigation into the murder remains ongoing.
