The highly anticipated event, which took place in Mushayavanhu area, was a resounding success with those who attended being treated to a day of free food, soft drinks, and beer.The highlight of the celebration was an electrifying lineup of musicians, featuring renowned artists Nicholas Zacharia, Mark Ngwazi, the sungura maestro Alick Macheso, the gospel diva Mathias Mhere, and the Pfira dandy hit maker, Superman. The crowd was wowed by their spectacular performances, which had everyone dancing and singing along.Oswell Munyanyi, who attended the event, praised Senator Matuke for hosting such an inclusive celebration. “It’s the first time we have seen so many talented artists perform together in this Mushayavanhu area,” he exclaimed. “Senator Matuke has truly shown that he cares about the community, especially the poor, by providing a day of food, drink, music, and laughter. He is indeed a man of the people”The celebrations started in the morning and continued late into the night, with the crowd showing no signs of slowing down.
