“I was brought up in a musical affiliated family… my parents were also into music,” he reminisces.

However, it was his parents’ decision to abandon music that sparked Acka Bluez’s resolve to carry on the legacy.

“My parents’ failure to continue with music inspired me to pursue the career,” he shares, highlighting the profound impact of this experience on his journey.

Acka Bluez’s stage name is a thoughtful nod to his heritage.

“Acka Bluez is derived from my surname Bulawayo… with Acka as an introductory symbol and a distinctive measure to differentiate myself,” he explains, showcasing his creativity and attention to detail.

“Music being spiritual comes in different ways… sometimes you dream, manifest it, you think of a theme, etc.,” he shares, offering a glimpse into his artistic vision.

” The song resonates with me in ways no one can understand,” he said .
