By Dr MASIMBA MAVAZA Operation Dudula’s actions in South Africa represent a chilling form of health terrorism—a deliberate campaign of intimidation and exclusion targeting vulnerable people based solely on their nationality. Here’s how that evil unfolds:What happened in Pretoria will break any human heart. A foreign pregnant lady, in labour and crying for help, was denied entry at the clinic gate by Dudula members. They told her she doesn’t belong here. Instead of being helped, she was chased away and pushed outside the gate. In her pain, she collapsed on the pavement outside the hospital. She screamed, she cried, begging for mercy, but still no one opened the doors. Instead of helping, many people stood around her, taking out their phones. Some recorded videos while she was lying there fighting for her life and her baby’s life. Others were even laughing, pointing fingers, calling her “le kwerekwere” as if she were not a human being. She was humiliated and in pain, and with no help, she gave birth to the child alone, surrounded by South Africans insulting her. Imagine the humiliation… a mother bringing life into this world while surrounded by mockery. Imagine her tears mixing with the dust on the tar, while her baby took the first breath not in safety, but in shame and pain. Blood oozed from her private parts and flowed on the floor. She held her newborn child in her trembling hands. Still, no help came. No woman deserves to suffer like that. No newborn deserves to be welcomed by laughter and hate instead of love and care. Denial of Care to the Sick and VulnerableMembers of Dudula have physically blockaded clinics in provinces like Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, demanding identity documents and turning away anyone who “looks foreign”—even if they’re legally documented. The consequences are devastating: Babies with respiratory infections are denied urgent treatment Pregnant women with high-risk conditions are being turned away from antenatal clinics HIV-positive patients are unable to access life-saving medication. Diabetic and hypertensive patients left untreated risk fatal complications. This isn’t just xenophobia it’s a direct assault on life itself, and the world looks on. There is an Institutional Complicity: A Sinister Twist. In some clinics, staff and security personnel have reportedly cooperated with Dudula members. Nurses have expressed relief at having “fewer patients to treat,” and Dudula vigilantes have been seen “checking in” with staff as if they were part of the clinic’s routine. This collusion turns public health institutions into instruments of exclusion. Public Health Sabotage is what South Africa is doing. By driving foreign nationals away from clinics, Dudula’s actions undermine pandemic control efforts, including COVID-19 vaccination and TB treatment. Increase the risk of disease outbreaks, affecting everyone—not just migrants. This Fuels fear and mistrust, making entire communities hesitant to seek care. This isn’t just morally wrong—it’s a threat to national health security. . It is difficult to understand the amount of evil flowing from South Africa that is beyond human comprehension. I am not just looking for vocabulary, I am trying to understand the essence of what makes Dudula“evil.” It is more than a story, a moral reflection; it is the horror people have witnessed. No language captures cruelty, malice, and the absence of conscience, which defines the diabolical behaviour of the South Africans. The satanic behaviour of the Dudula devils is like a toolkit that goes beyond clichés. There are no Words That Capture Evil in its primary setting. There is no breakdown of adjectives and traits often used to describe evil individuals, depending on their style of harm: The Dudula have Traits, Type, Descriptors Cruelty & Malice Sadistic, ruthless, malicious, malevolent, vindictive, heartless behaviour of the South Africans and the silence the world adopts as humanity develops into animalise. The duplicitous, Machiavellian, insidious, sly, two-faced Moral Corruption Depraved, immoral, unscrupulous, wicked, vile, nefarious, diabolical and total witchcraft practiced by Dudula is knee-shaking. Foreigners have faced Emotional Coldness Callous, cold-blooded, unfeeling, indifferent, apathetic behaviour of this devil led the satanic outfit called Dudula. Everybody looks at the Psychological Disturbance Sociopathic, psychopathic, deranged, twisted, fiendish idiocy which is let to the floor freely from South Africa. These words aren’t enough, they’re lenses. Each one reveals a different facet of how evil can manifest: through violence, manipulation, neglect, or systemic harm. The South Africans are calculating and Strategic in how they inflict harm Self-righteous: The most painful thing is that these devils believe their cruelty is justified, and their government closes its eyes and pretends to be insane. That’s why evil is often described as “insidious”—it creeps in, cloaked in false virtue. The world has to act. This is demonic. But why South Africa, why?
